We have some news.
The good:
I got the job! I am officially the new Executive Assistant at VeryJane (an online daily deals boutique). I start Monday. I'm ecstatic. They sell some really cute things; here is the link if you wanna check it out www.veryjane.com
The bad:
We received some negative results today from the semen analysis. The doctor recommends that we do it a second time to make sure it was accurate. We are going to wait till next month to do it again, and then we will go from there. We're not really sure what to think since we won't know anything for sure until we do the test again.

My parent struggled with infertility for six years. Their worse trial in life became my (and theirs as well) greatest joy- as I was adopted.
ReplyDeleteI'm not saying that is your solution, but I admire my mom and dad so much for the hobbies they developed when babies didn't come. I am also not saying hobbies are your solutions, but I am sure your kids will admire you for the things you learn during this time and they will view them as some of your greatest strengths.
Congratulations on the job! That is absolutely fantastic.
ReplyDeleteI have (many) friends who have gone through and are currently in the battle of infertility. One couple had tried for years and finally became pregnant (even though doctors told them they would never be able to conceive). Others have adopted and even fostered, so know that no matter what happens you're not alone and others have walked this road before and with you <3
thats so awesome. congrats on the new job! that is so great.
ReplyDeletei hope things go better next time. i haven't had to deal with any problems yet (because we haven't tried) but i do have many many friends that are currently dealing with the same issue. i hope things turn up for you and that something will work out in your favor. keep strong and have faith and i know things will work out.

ReplyDeletepraying that whatever news you got was a fluke--God knows what he's doing.

First of all thank you for stopping by my blog and your kind comment <3. Secondly, congrats on the job! As far as the analysis goes, I wouldn't give up hope (keep trying & believing). Also, in this day and age there are so many options you can look into as far as fertility goes <3.
